New Texan Club

Fly Synthesis one of Europe’s leading manufactures of carbon fibre aircraft is proud to announce another milestone with a new variant of its formidable Texan Top Class range.

Construction:
The Texan Club is made with the same quality construction of its other more expensive siblings but with fewer standard options.
It’s entirely made of advanced composite materials, the fuselage is made of carbon fibre, the wings using carbon spars and ribs and honeycomb sandwich skins. The tricycle undercarriage is made from sturdy alloy 7075 steel whilst the front nose leg is made from oil filled oleo shock absorber connected to the pedals for direct rudder/wheel steering.

Power plant:
The Texan Club utilises the formidable 80 hp 912UL Rotax engine which is renowned for its reliability and durability and comes complete with a stainless steel exhaust system. Fuel from the 2 x 50 litre wing tanks gives a range of over 1,000 km at a cruising speed of 100 knots. Dual fuel gauge and low fuel level indicators as well as the electric booster fuel pump come standard. Brakes are hydraulic disk operated by a centrally mounted lever which also has a park brake function that’s handy for those pre flight run ups. Propeller is a two blade fixed pitch of wood/composite construction.
